Application
The number of participants is limited.
EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT, which will subsequently be referred to as the Organisers, retain the right to cancel – eventually postpone - the seminar if circumstances require, e g. illness of trainer, insufficient participants.
A belated participation at seminar days or parts of the seminar is not possible in order to make up for day(s) / parts that were not attended.
Participation Fee
The fee for participation includes the fee for the seminar as well as working documents for the seminar and daily catering.
The participation fee is payable upon receipt of the invoice. Registration is valid after payment of the participation fee.
Content of the seminar
The content and realisation of the seminar conforms to the respective programme of the seminar.
The organiser has the right to change the content of the seminar due to professional or technical reasons in absence of the approval of the participant, as long as the core of the agreed terms offered of the seminar are not affected.
Materials for the seminar
The materials of the seminar are protected by the international copyright law.
Any duplication and / or dissemination to third parties without prior written authorisation are forbidden.
Declining
Cancellations must be submitted in written form.
- Until 8 weeks before the start of the seminar at no charge
- Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the start of the seminar 30 % of the participation fee
- Less than 4 weeks 100 % of the participation fee
The date of receipt of the declaration at the organiser determines the timeliness of the cancellation. If a cancellation takes place until 14 days before the start of the seminar at the latest and a replacement is nominated, instead of the above mentioned cancellation fee an administrative charge of 1.500,- RAND will be applied. The fees are due upon the cancellation.
Cancellation
If a seminar is cancelled by the Organiser, any participation fees that were already paid will be entirely refunded. The cancellation will be in written form.
Legal venue
The place of any potential jurisdiction is Cape Town, South Africa.
